ERIC DELAY

ERIC DELAY

Was born in August, 14, 1986, in a strange town named Ulyanovsk. From the verychildhood his parents have been helping him to develop his creative personality.
Eric's first serious musical discovery takes place at the age of 7, and that is 'Enigma'.
"For quite a while, I was absolutely keen on their music, and didn't imagine a day without listening to it. That was a kind of miracle for a little boy, a portal into another world which is filled with expressionism".
Then, a year later Eric decides to get himself copies of the records and make some changes with it: by cutting the tapes into small fragments, re-arranging and making it together again, he gets unimaginable results.
"With such experiments, I collected the pieces of tapes and that made a sort of sample library, I used the 'samples' to build surrealistic compositions and then distributed the copies among my friends and relatives".
In 1996 Eric discovers electronic music on a 'new level', as it gets more into his mind.
In 2001 he makes first attempts at writing his own music using PC.
In 2002 he founds a virtual project 'Fortunate Sleep' with the aim of producing sequenced atmospheric music.
In 2004 Eric goes fully into minimalism and starts to experiment under the name Eric Delay.
In 2006 he and his friends in Germany start a project 'Silentcuts'.

MUJUICE

MUJUICE

Mujuice (Roma Litvinov) was born in 1983 in Moscow. He started his musical adventures in early childhood, composing little piano pieces.

Soon computer composing started to prevail over group music making. Roma's first tracks were made mostly by sampling methods, and until now he prefers sampling to cold digital sound synthesis.
Roma denies being a strictly electronic producer, he believes
contemporary artists should use all available resources. He takes
electronic music production as an opportunity to break digital composing stereotypes, creating eclectic music from almost everywhere - from acoustic jazz and pseudo symphonic music to experimental
clicks'n'cuts, microsampling and glitch tech.

THEODOR ZOX

THEODOR ZOX

Theodor Zox age 26, was born and raised in Copenhagen Denmark, where he lives and works as a graphic designer. His love for music starts at a very early age, when his father a disc jockey of the 70's exposes him to jazz, funk, disco, dub and Kraftwerk. Buys his first computer and keyboard in 94 and immediately starts working on his first musical experiments. Inspired by what he heard as a child, the first tracks were melodic ambient pieces. Later in 95 he attends the first d'n'b rave ever in Copenhagen, fuelled by the sounds of nervous breakbeats and deep basslines he starts experimenting with these same elements in his own music only in a more dreamy and laid back way.

Later that year he hears Basic Channel and Detroit minimalism on a local radio station for the first time, music wise he has now found his true calling, and dedicates most of his music making time in finding out what makes this music tick. Meanwhile he is still active in the d'n'b scene and continues producing his own technoid version of the style, plays his first live performance on the Island of Samsø in 1996.

Musicwise he has now settled in the deeper end of techno & house minimalism, where harmony, texture and propulsive rhythm are the most important ingredients.

We are always happy to help new artists to release and promote their music if the concept of that music is well aligned with our label.
Please do not send us emails with your productions attached. We will only consider the tracks that we can download from your own web resources.
